Raymond Adam Mohr

	Raymond Adam Mohr, age 84, of Denmark (rural Cutler), passed away Saturday morning, February 9, 2002 at the Skilled Care Unit of the Pinckneyville Community Hospital.
	Raymond was born at home, the youngest son of William and Mary (Weitzel) Mohr on September 13, 1917 in Denmark.  Raymond was united in marriage to Lora L. Schatte August 21, 1939 and she preceded him in death November 16, 1998.  Raymond had been a farmer, factory worker, custodian at Trico High School and worked at the Chester Mental Health Facility until his retirement in 1983.  He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Pinckneyville and a member of the Perry County Farm Bureau and AFSCME Union.  He was also a long-time director of the Cottom Cemetery Association, which meant a great deal to him.
	Raymond is survived by three daughters, Mary Jo Martin and husband John, Helen Rae Timpner and husband Ralph, both of Pinckneyville and Brenda Hosto and husband Mark of Alhambra; seven grandchildren, Allen Martin and wife Sandy of Hoyleton, Lisa (Martin) Trail and husband Mark of Pinckneyville, Cheryl (Timpner) Barker and husband Richard of Travis Air Force Base, California, Rhonda (Timpner) Teaney and husband Ron of East Peoria, Karen Timpner of Marion, Andrea and Robert Hosto of Alhambra; five great-grandchildren, Becky and Kacie Trail, Jacob and Jamilyn Martin and Quinton Barker; two sisters-in-law, Ruth Mohr and Irene Schatte and several nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by his parents; wife; two brothers, Lawrence Mohr and infant Rudolph Mohr; two sisters, Minnie Egbert and Hilda Mitchell and one grandson in infancy.
	Funeral services were held Tuesday, February 12 at the First Baptist Church in Pinckneyville at 11 a.m. with Reverend James Bush officiating.  Interment was in the Cottom Cemetery of Denmark.
	Friends called Monday evening at the Pyatt-Harrawood Funeral Home in Pinckneyville from 5 to 9 p.m. and again on Tuesday morning from 8 until 9:30 a.m. and then at the church from 10 a.m. until services.
	In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Cottom Cemetery Association in Denmark, Ill.
